Hotel space has been blocked off at the Conference Venue, the Yak & Yeti hotel.
The hotel has two category of rooms, as follows:

Check-out: 12:00 noon

In order to benefit from the special rate, kindly book your hotel room when completing your registration form.
PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation reserved directly by Target Conferences is to be made in full at time of booking.

Please ensure that the name/s of the participants and conference name (APTHC2024) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation costs.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Up to 45 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges.
As of 44 days prior to arrival - cancellation fee - 50% of charge.
As of 30 days, no refund (unless we succeed in negotiating/reselling the room)
On-site changes (reduction in number of nights reserved will not be refunded)
Any changes made to your original booking (cancelling nights, changing room types, but not entire reservation) will incur a US$20 service fee.
